How Do I Return Or Exchange An Order?
So you’re not too happy with your gear? Well, you’re in luck because we have an Unlimited Return Policy. We guarantee complete satisfaction and an unlimited lifetime warranty. If at any time -- now, next month, in 30 years -- you're not 100% satisfied, send your gear back for a full refund. No questions asked.
Just follow these simple instructions:
We will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for the item (For your security we won’t refund a different card or send a check).
It generally takes about 3-5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed. When it is received, you will get an email confirmation.
To Return an Item for Exchange:
If you want to exchange your gear for a replacement of what you have, or for something else, the best way is to place an order for the new gear and return your old gear for a refund at the same time. This way you'll get your new gear faster and won’t have to worry about it running out of stock.
If you don’t want to use the prepaid shipping label:
If you choose to pay for shipping back on your own, be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of your package. Also write the RMA number on the back of your sales receipt, making sure to fill out all pertinent information. If you already threw out your receipt, you can still return any order. Follow these same steps above, but write the RMA number on a slip of paper and include that with your item.
